Dr. Dhar completed his Internal Medicine residency and Fellowship in Rheumatology from Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education, Newark, New Jersey, in 1993. He had been in solo private practice in Adult Rheumatology for the last 25 years in Toms River, New Jersey. This timeline includes 15 years of experience conducting clinical research trials in Rheumatology as a principal investigator. More recently, he has been associated with Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health System, where he has been involved in teaching internal medical residents through clinical rotations.

W Richard Horn, NP is one of Arizona’s leading rheumatology specialists. He is one of only two nurse practitioners in the U.S. to open a successful independent rheumatology practice. Richard’s education began as a combat intelligence assistant in the 3rd Marine Division 1962-1965. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and master’s degree in library science, and Bachelor and Masters degrees in nursing. He worked in emergency medicine 2000 to 2009. He joined Dr. Michael Fairfax’s rheumatology practice in 2009. Richard's primary interest is in the treatment of persons with Lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus). His new practice is Sonora Rheumatology SLE, LLC. As William Osler, MD stated, “listen to your patient she/he is trying to tell you the diagnosis.”

Stephanie is a compassionate Holistic Wellness Practitioner specializing in Yoga, Reiki and Sound Healing. Searching for her true calling, she found a home away from home at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. There she began her self healing journey and discovered that service to others and holistic health was what inspired her most. Stephanie earned a license in Massage Therapy and was deeply touched by her introduction to energetic transmission and the profound healing power of Reiki. She quickly fell in love with the ancient science of  yoga and the power of self realization. Stephanie has become a compassionate, trauma informed yoga practitioner with specializations in yoga, yoga nidra, sound healing, holistic nutrition and reiki healing. Stephanie truly believes that yoga is accessible to all bodies and she is devoted to showing you how. If you can breathe you can do yoga- yoga is for everybody!
